NOTICE It is the 9th day of December, 2014, by the Circuit Court for Allegany County, Maryland ORDERED, that notice is hereby given to all donors and successors of donors and any other persons with an interest in the charitable assets of the YMCA Heritage Foundation that the Circuit Court has entered an Order of Default and that any donor or successor of donor or any other person with an interest in the charitable assets of the YMCA Heritage Foundation, Inc. may move to vacate the order within thirty (30) days after its entry and service of the Order of Default shall be effected upon such interested persons including donors and successors of donors be made by publication of this Notice provided that a copy of this Notice be published in a newspaper in Allegany County, Maryland, once a week for 3 successive weeks on or before January 3, 2015. All donors, successors of donors and interested persons in the charitable assets of YMCA Heritage Foundation, Inc. who desire to vacate the Order of Default must file a Motion to Vacate in the Circuit Court for Allegany County, Maryland on or before January 2, 2015.
