A proposal packet is available from the Richmond Section 8 Housing Office containing: • Proposal Form • Narrative to document populations served • Breakdown of tenancy for the targeted housing development by bedroom size All interested owners/developers should contact the Richmond Section 8 Housing Executive Director, Susan Lillis, at the address below.
