PUBLIC NOTICE David H. and Sandra Wright hereby informs the public of the request of a zone change from the existing I-1 to the proposed B-2 status with the meeting being held on Jan. 6, 2015, at 5:30 p.m. at 400 East Mt. Vernon St., City Hall, Council Chambers. The property is located at 2520 Monticello Street. The public is invited to attend the public meeting. The property is described below: TRACT 1 A certain tract or parcel of land located on the east side of Highway 27 in Pulaski County, Ky., at the junction of Old Monti-cello Road, having an area of 2.06 acres. TRACT 2 A certain tract or parcel of land located on the east side of Old Monticello Road in Pu-laski County, Ky., approximately 300 feet from the junction of Highway 27D, having an area of 0.46 acres. The 2 tracts above are a portion of the property conveyed to David H. Wright by Deed Book 577, Page 076, Deed Book 429, Page 152 and Deed Book 414, Page 380 in the records of the Pulaski County Clerk’s office at Somerset, Ky. TRACT 3 A certain tract or parcel of land located on the north side of Stigall Lane in Pulaski County, Ky., approximately 400 feet from the junction of old Monticello Road having an area of 0.44 acres and is a portion of the property conveyed to David H. Wright by Deed Book 429, Page 152, and a portion of Deed Book 414, page 380. All 3 tracts were surveyed by Bobby Hudson, LPLS 1253 on 11/28/2014, are of a plat named David H. Wright boundary survey (revision) filed in plat cabinet E, slide 344 in the Pulaski County Clerk’s office at Somerset, Ky. All corners or witness monuments referred to herein as iron pins set are one-half inch rebar 18 inches long all corners or witness monuments referred to herein as iron pins set are one-half inch rebar 18 inches long and capped with a one and three quarter inch hard plastic cap with raised lettering saying “Bobby Hudson Land Surveying Inc., LP LS 1253” monumentation, except as otherwise noted within the legend block of the above referenced plat. All bearings are referenced to the meridian. These parcels are subject to any and all rights of way and/or easements of record or in existence at this time and regulations that may apply through planning and zoning.
