PUBLIC NOTICE Notice of filing of evidence regarding the reconciliation of revenues and costs under the Ameren Illinois Company d/b/a Ameren Illinois' Rider EDR - Energy Efficiency and Demand Response Cost Recovery (Electric Charge Applicable to all Electric Service Classifications) with costs incurred in connection with the cost of electricity from June 1, 2009 through May 31, 2010. To the Patrons of Ameren Illinois Company d/b/a Ameren Illinois: Ameren Illinois hereby gives notice to the public that it has filed with the Illinois Commerce Commission evidence (direct testimony) regarding the reconciliation of revenues collected from its electric customers under its Rider EDR - Energy Efficiency and Demand Response Cost Recovery (Electric Charge Applicable to all Electric Service Classifications) with costs incurred in connection with the cost of electricity from June 1, 2009 through May 31, 2010. A copy of such evidence may be obtained by any interested party at Ameren Illinois' business office in Peoria, Illinois or online at www.icc.illinois.gov/e-docket/. All parties interested in this matter may obtain information with respect thereto either directly from Ameren Illinois or by addressing the Chief Clerk of the Illinois Commerce Commission, 527 East Capitol Avenue, Springfield, Illinois 62701.
