PUBLIC NOTICE The SEDA-COG Joint Rail Authority meeting is Wednesday, January 14, 2015, at 12:30 p.m. at the SEDA-COG offices in Lewisburg. Future regular meetings of the Rail Authority will be held the second Wednesday of each month, beginning at 12:30 p.m., at the SEDA-COG office building in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania.
