Request for Proposals The City of Frostburg is accepting proposals for the purchase of a skid steer loader for the Citys Parks & Recreation Department. All proposals must be received at Frostburg City Hall, 59 East Main Street, by 2:00pm on Wednesday, January 28, 2015. Proposals must be sealed and clearly marked Skid Steer Loader Proposal. For skid steer loader specifications, please call 301-689-6000 or contact Brian Vought by email at bvought@allconet.org. The City reserves the right to select the proposal that is in the best interest of the City of Frostburg. Consequently, the proposal that is the lowest bid may or may not be selected. Brian P.
