LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Valley Township will hold a special meeting on the 23rd day of January, 2015 at 1:00 pm prevailing time at the Township Municipal Building, 5 Indian Run Road, Danville, PA 17821 for the purpose of considering adoption of an ordinance whereby the Township amends its municipal pension plan administered by the PA Municipal Retirement System pursuant to Article IV of the PA Municipal Retirement Law, agreeing to be bound by all provisions of said law, as amended and as applicable to member municipalities.
