NOTICE TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: You are hereby notified that Mr. Russ Parker has filed an appeal and application for variance with the Board of Adjustment under the City of Oskaloosa, Iowa, Zoning Ordinance asking that a variance in the zoning regulations be granted to allow a deck 11 feet 9 inches from the front yard setback located at 910 North A Street Oskaloosa, IA zoned as Urban Family Residential District (R-2), which is legally described as follows: Lot Thirty-three and a strip of ground ten and one-half feet in equal width off from the entire North side of Lot Thirty-two in HambletonÕs Addition to the City of Oskaloosa, Iowa. This is a request for a variance of the Oskaloosa Zoning Ordinance Section Table 17.08C Summary of Site Development Regulations. In an R-2 District, the minimum front yard setback is 30 feet. The Board of Adjustment will meet for a hearing on this application on the 27th day of January, 2015 at 5:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 220 South Market Street, Oskaloosa, Iowa.
