Case No: PB-2015-10 NOTICE TO ALL CREDITORS AND NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL (COMBINED NOTICE), SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION, WAIVER OF FINAL ACCOUNTING, APPOINTMENT OF SPECIAL ADMINISTRATOR, DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP, AND DISTRIBUTION AND DISCHARGE. All creditors and all persons interested in this estate are hereby notified that RON R. OTTO, of Stillwater, Payne County, Oklahoma, died on January 5, 2015, and that GRETCHEN F. CATHEY, of Stillwater, Payne County, Oklahoma, has filed a petition with an instrument purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of RON R. OTTO, alleging that the total value of the decedent's estate is less than $200,000, as set forth in the Petition. The purported Will names the Petitioner, GRETCHEN F. CATHEY, as the named personal representative of the estate. The names, ages and last-known addresses of the heirs, legatees and devisees of the decedent, so far as known to the Petitioner, are as follows: Name/Address Age Relationship Gretchen F. Dunes Hwy Apt. 2 Michigan City, IN 46360 Adult Niece/Devisee/ Legatee The Decedent was single and had no other issue, either living or deceased. All creditors having claims against RON R. OTTO, deceased, are required to present the same, with a description of all security interests and other collateral, if any, held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to GRETCHEN F. CATHEY, special administrator, at the office of her attorneys, LEANN ELLIS, Esq., Ellis&Ellis, 711 S. Husband, Stillwater, OK 74074, no more than thirty (30) days following the filing of the Petition and this Combined Notice, or the same will be forever barred. All persons interested in this estate are hereby notified that a hearing on the Petition for Probate of Will, Summary Administration, Waiver of Final Accounting, Determination of Heirship, and Distribution And Discharge (“Petition”) will be held in the Payne County Courthouse, Stillwater, Oklahoma, on the 24th day of March, 2015, at 9:00 o'clock a.m. All persons having an objection to the Petition are required to file such objection any time before the hearing and send a copy of the objection to the attorneys of GRETCHEN F. CATHEY or any such objection will deemed to have been waived. If an objection is filed before the hearing, the court will determine at the hearing whether the Will attached to the Petition shall be admitted to probate, whether summary proceedings are appropriate, and, if so, whether the estate will be distributed and to whom the estate will be distributed.
