CD-201500341 (Published in the Sunday edition of The Duncan Banner, January 25, 2015-1 time) BEFORE THE CORPORATION COMMISSION OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA APPLICANT: CONTINENTAL RESOURCES, INC. RELIEF SOUGHT:  INCREASED DENSITY LANDS COVERED:  SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 2 NORTH, RANGE 4 WEST, STEPHENS COUNTY, OKLAHOMA CAUSE CD NO.  201500341 NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant requests that Order No. 593306 be amended to authorize the drilling of seven (7) additional wells in Section 10-2N-4W, Stephens County, Oklahoma, a drilling and spacing unit for the Woodford common source of supply. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause be set before an Administrative Law Judge for the hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Commission. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN if any named natural person is deceased, then the known or unknown heirs, executors, administrators, trustees, devisees and assigns, immediate and remote, of such decedent are made respondents to this Application.  If any named respondent is a corporation which does not continue to have legal existence, then the known or unknown successors, trustees or assigns, if any, of such entity are made respondents to this Application. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause will be heard before an Administrative Law Judge on the initial hearing docket at the Corporation Commission, 1st Floor, Jim Thorpe Building, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at  8:30 a.m. on the 17th day of February, 2015, and that this notice be published as required by law and the Rules of the Commission. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant and interested parties may present testimony by telephone.  The cost of telephonic communication shall be paid by the person or persons requesting its use.  Interested parties who wish to participate by telephone shall contact the Applicant or Applicant's attorney, prior to the hearing date, and provide their name and telephone number.
