SUPREME COURT : STATE OF NEW YORK COUNTY OF OTSEGO NOTICE OF SALE Index No. 2011-1244 COMMUNITY BANK, N.A., Plaintiff, v. HARUSUKE NAITO, JOHN DOE and JANE DOE, Defendants. In pursuance of a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale made on December 22, 2014 and entered on December 22, 2014, I, the undersigned, the referee appointed by said Judgment will sell at the Otsego County Courthouse at 193 Main Street, Cooperstown, New York, on the 5th day of February, 2015, at 11:00 a.m., the real property as directed by said judgment to be sold. SCHEDULE A ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND situate in the City of Oneonta, Otsego County, New York, bounded and described as follows: BEING Lot No. 53 as shown on a map entitled (Subdivision Plan for Ravine Park Developed by Harold G. Hall and Mildred R. Hall, Oneonta, N.Y) dated January 4, 1984, and filed in the Otsego County Clerk's Office and subject to any state of facts which an accurate survey would show and, being more particularly described as follows: COMMENCING at the intersection of the southeasterly bounds of Ravine Parkway and the southwesterly bounds of Ravine Park South, being the northerly corner of Lot No. 53 as shown on said map and running THENCE southwesterly along the southeasterly bounds of Ravine Parkway 175.3 feet to an iron pin, being the northerly corner of Lot No. 54, presently owned by Francis P.
