NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE Default having been made in the payment of the debt secured by that certain mortgage executed by Jeremy Pate, an unmarried man, on March 28, 2011, said mortgage being recorded on April 6, 2011 in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Cullman County, Alabama, in Mortgage Book 1649, Page 104, and said mortgage being modified on October 22, 2013 and recorded on October 30, 2013 in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Cullman County, Alabama, in Mortgage Book 1722 Page 105, and Traditions Bank as Mortgagee, by reason of such default, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, at the front door entrance of the Courthouse at Cullman, Cullman County, Alabama, on February 26, 2015 during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Cullman County, Alabama, to-wit: One acre, more or less, in the Northwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 21, Township 13 South, Range 5 West, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of the forty, thence South along the Western boundary of the forty a distance of 400 feet to the North right of way of a public road; thence Northeast along the North right of way of the public road a distance of 265 feet to the Western side of a log road; thence North along the West side of the log road a distance of 172 feet to a point 200 feet East of the beginning point on the Northern boundary of the forty acres; thence West 200 feet to the point of beginning, less mineral rights.
