CITY OF CLEBURNE NOTICE OF PENALTY ORDINANCES AT THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY OF CLEBURNE, WHICH WAS HELD ON TUESDAY, JANUARY 27, 2015, AT 5:00 PM, THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVED THE FOLLOWING PENALTY ORDINANCE: OR01-2015-07 An ordinance of the City Council of the City of Cleburne, Texas amending Title XV, Chapter 155 - Zoning, of the code of ordinances by rezoning 0.41 acres, located at 205 W. Harrell Street, being a part of lots 1, 2, 5 and 6, block 496, original town of Cleburne, Johnson County, Texas, according to the plat recorded in volume 197, page 639 of the deed of records of Johnson County, Texas, from C0 (non-retail district) to SF-4 (single-family dwelling district), as requested by Ben Hill Turner; providing for penalty not to exceed $2,000.00 for each offense; providing for publication; providing an effective date. ---Any person, firm or corporation, agent or employee thereof who violates any of the provisions of these ordinances shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not more than $2,000.00 for each offence. Each day a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offence.
