Notice of Public Hearing for Local Law Regarding Excavation and Construction in Town Roadways and Highway Right of Ways Town of Davenport 11848 State Highway 23 Davenport Center, NY 13751 Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town of Davenport Town Board on February, 24th 2015 at 7:00p.m. Or soon thereafter at the Town Hall, 11848 State Highway 23, Davenport Center, New York to hear all persons interested regarding a proposed local law entitled "Excavation and Construction in Town Roadways and Highway Right of Ways". The purpose of this local law is to establish a mechanism by which a person responsible for certain construction or excavation activity within a Town Roadway or Highway Right of Way will apply for a permit before completing said work to ensure the integrity of the Town's Roadways and Highway Right of Ways.
