VILLAGE OF COOPERSTOWN NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received for one replacement dump body for a 2003 F750 dump truck in the Village of Cooperstown Office, 22 Main Street, P.O. Box 346, Cooperstown, New York no later than 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 17, 2015, at which time and place they will be opened and read. A complete set of specifications may be picked up at the Village Clerk's office, 22 Main Street, Cooperstown, NY, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or by calling (607) 547-2411. Bids must be submitted on or before 3:00 p.m. on February 17, 2015 in a sealed envelope addressed to the Village Clerk, Village of Cooperstown, 22 Main Street, Cooperstown, New York 13326 and marked "Bid-Replacement Dump Body", and may not be withdrawn within thirty (30) days after the bid opening. The Non-collusive bidding certificate must be included with each bid as required by General Municipal Law, section 103-d. Bidders are advised not to rely on the Postal Service or any other mail delivery service for the timely and proper delivery of their bid proposals.
