PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE REGARDING CREATION OF REDEVELOPMENT AREA CONNEAUT LAKE BOROUGH NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough of Conneaut Lake will hold a Public Hearing on April 10, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. at the Conneaut Lake Area Ambulance Building, 290 South Fourth Street, Conneaut Lake, PA 16316, to receive public comment regarding the creation of a Redevelopment Area bordered by First Street on the east, Strawberry Alley on the south, Fourth Street on the west, and Church Lane to the north. The proposed redevelopment area also includes the Water Street right-of-way area between the lake culvert and First Street as a redevelopment area. The redevelopment proposal with maps, plans and other documents which form the proposal and the supporting data for the redevelopment area are available for public inspection at the Conneaut Lake Borough Office, 668 Water Street, Conneaut Lake, Pennsylvania 16316 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to noon. Also to be considered by Conneaut Lake Borough Council is the proposed Resolution in connection with the redevelopment area. This Resolution sets forth the identification and delineation of the redevelopment area as indicated above. This Resolution also provides that the Boroughs consultants, E.G. & G, Inc. have found deficiencies in the proposed redevelopment area in accordance with acceptable planning standards. Finally, this Resolution accepts the proposed Redevelopment Area as delineated.
