Deadline for submitting the bids will be Friday, February 6, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. Bids will be opened and considered on Monday, February 9, 2015 at 7:00. All bids must be in a sealed envelope inside of the addressed envelope. The bid must be clearly marked with the bid and the bid opening date. All bids must be original. Bids cannot be faxed. The Town of Shattuck Board of Trustees reserves the right to waive minor technicalities under these specifications. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts of bids received and/or to make an award to other than the low bidder if such award is deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
