PUBLIC NOTICE HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given the Jackson Township Board of Adjustment, a/k/a Zoning Hearing Board will hold a hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at the Jackson Township Building, 51 N. Foster Road, Jackson Center, PA 16133. The hearing concerns a request by US Mortgage and Network, LP (Adams Slade) for various forms of relief. The relief requested is in the nature of a variance from ordinance section 503:4 with regard to minimum building set backs of 75 feet to allow a set back of 25 feet with regard to the property located at 277 Latonka Drive, Mercer, PA 16137. Applicant also requests an interpretation as to whether the Jackson Township Zoning Ordinance applies in the instant situation. Further, applicant requests a variance based upon pre-existing non-conforming use.
