PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Spring Township, Crawford County, PA intend to consider and enact an Ordinance, of which this is a summary, at the meeting held on January 3, 2017 at 3:30pm at 23578 N Center Road, Springboro, PA 16435. AN ORDINANCE TO APPROVE INTERGOVERNMENTAL COOPERATION WITH THE PENNSYLVANIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR THE EAST SPRING ROAD BRIDGE REPLACEMENT PROJECT AND AGREEMENT RELATED THERETO, Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5-14 sets forth its purposes, identifies the Agreement Authorizes, the Townships Participation, the Signature Authorization, Misc. terms, Severability, Repealer, Effective date, Delegation of Authority, Duration, Purpose and Scope of Delegation, Financing, Organizational Structure, and Property. The full text of the Ordinance is available for inspection at the Spring Township Building during normal business hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings and on the Township Marquee.
