PUBLIC NOTICE ASA ADDITION PUBLIC NOTICE Citizens of Wayne Township, Crawford County are given notice of an addition to an Agricultural Security Area. The Wayne Township Board of Supervisors has received a proposal for an addition to the Chris and Nikki Shearer ASA on Shoemaker Road, Parcel# 6609-010-3 within Wayne Township, pursuant to the Agricultural Area Security Law, Act 43 of 1981. The proposal is currently on file and available for public inspection at the Wayne Township Office, 27089 Deckards Road, Cochranton on Tuesday's and Friday's from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Any affected landowners who own land which is within, adjacent to, or near the area proposed to be included in the above named ASA may propose changes on or before April 10, 2013, to the WayneTownship Office. On April 10th, the proposed addition will be submitted to the Crawford County Planning Commission for review and recommendation for 45 days. Thereafter, a public hearing will be held by the Township Supervisors to consider the Chris and Nikki Shearer ASA addition proposal, any proposed modifications, and any recommendations from the Planning Commission.
