McDonald and wife, Diane S. McDonald, are non-residents of the State of Tennessee; and, the Defendant, Ludder's Wine, LLC, is without duly appointed registered agent upon whom process may be served and cannot be served through the Secretary of State of the State of Tennessee, it is ordered by me that publication be made for four (4) successive weeks, as required by law, in the Crossville Chronicle, a newspaper published in Crossville, Tennessee, in said County, notifying said non-resident Defendants to file an answer with Plaintiff's Attorney, Joe M. Box 1250, Crossville, TN 38557, within 30 days from the last date of publication, exclusive of said last date of publication, or a judgement by default may be entered and the cause set for hearing ex parte as to them.
