Notice is given of the death of Lola B. Bottrell, of Windsor, Illinois. The Representatives of the Estate are James H. Bottrell, P.O. Box 1163, Walker, MN 56484, and Ronald G. Bottrell, 504 Lee St. #2, Evanston, IL 60202, whose attorney of record is H. Glenn Davis, 150 N. Morgan St., Shelbyville, IL 62565.
Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Shelby County Courthouse, P.O. Box 469, 301 E. Main St., Shelbyville, Illinois, 62565, or with the representatives, or both, on or before June 23, 2017, or if later, 3 months from the date of written notice when mailing or delivery is required. Any claim not filed on or before such date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representatives and to the attorney of record within 10 days after it has been filed.
