COMBINED NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND NOTICE OF HEARING ON SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION, FINAL ACCOUNING, DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP, DISTRIBUTION AND DISCHARGE
You are hereby notified that James Jackson, by and through her attorney,
Juliet N. Brennan, 417 West Broadway, Muskogee, Oklahoma 74401, has filed a Petition for Summary Administr ation, requesting appointment of himself as special administrator, determination of heirs, approval of final accounting, distribution of property, and discharge of administrator in the Estates of Brenda Sue Readdy, deceased, who died on the 17th day of July, 2016, and Vernon Ernest Readdy, Jr., who died on the 28th day of September, 2016. At the time of their deaths, the decedents resided at 1301 Mulberry, Muskogee, Oklahoma 74403. No Will has been found. The whole of the Estates of Brenda Sue Readdy and Vernon Ernest Readdy, Jr., has a value of less than Two Hundred Thousand Dollars
($200,000.00).
All persons having claims against Brenda Sue Readdy and/or Vernon Ernest Readdy, Jr., deceased, that are not shown in the Petition will be forever barred unless the claim is presented to James Jackson, Special Administrator, at the law offices of BRENNAN, SMITH & CHERBINI, PLLC, 417 West Broadway, Muskogee, Oklahoma 74401, on or before the following presentment date: January 30, 2017.
The Special Administrator shall file a Final Account and Petition for Distribution on or before the February 2, 2017.
The hearing on the Petition is set for the February 14, 2017, at 9:00 a.m., at the District Court of Muskogee County, State of Oklahoma.
All persons interested in the Estate of Brenda Sue Readdy and Vernon Ernest Readdy, Jr., deceased, are hereby directed to file any objection to the Petition prior to the hearing and send a copy to the law offices of BRENNAN, SMITH & CHERBINI, PLLC, or you will be deemed to have waived any objections to the Petition.
If an objection is filed prior to the hearing, the Court will deter-mine at the hearing whether summary proceedings are appropriate and, if so, whether the estate will be distributed and to whom the estate will be distributed.
