Published in The Muskogee Phoenix January 1 & 8, 2017 IN THE DISTRICT COURT FOR MUSKOGEE COUNTY STATE OF OKLAHOMA In the Matter of the Estate of Cora Pitts,Deceased Case No.PB-2016-155 COMBINED NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND NOTICE OF HEAR--ING ON SUMMARY ADMNISTRATION, FINAL ACCOUNTING, DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP,DISTRIBUTION AND DISCHARGE You are hereby noti--fied that Ramona Lea Peak, by and through her attorney, Juliet N. Brennan, 417 West Broadway, Muskogee, Oklahoma 74401, has filed a Petition for Summar y Administration, requesting that the Last Will and Testament of Cora Pitts be admitted to probate, appointment of herself as special administrator, determination of heirs, approval of final accounting, distribution of property, and discharge of administrator in the Estate of Cora Pitts, deceased, who died on the 6th day of August, 2016. At the time of her death, Cora Pitts resided at 906 Collier St., Muskogee, Oklahoma 74403. The whole of the Estate of Cora Pitts has a value of less than Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00). All persons having claims against Cora Pitts, deceased, that are not shown in the Petition will be forever barred unless the claim is presented to Ramona Lea Peak, Special Administrator, at the law offices of BRENNAN, SMITH & CHERBINI, PLLC, 417 West Broadway, Muskogee, Oklahoma 74401, on or before the following presentment date: January 30, 2017. The Special Administrator shall file a Final Account and Petition for Distribution on or before the February 2, 2017. The hearing on the Petition is set for the February 14, 2017, at 9:00 a.m., at the District Court of Muskogee County, State of Oklahoma. All persons interested in the Estate of Cora Pitts, deceased, are hereby directed to file any objection to the Petition prior to the hearing and send a copy to the law offices of BRENNAN, SMITH & CHERBINI, PLLC, or you will be deemed to have waived any objections to the Petition. If an objection is filed prior to the hearing, the Court will determine at the hearing whether summary proceedings are appropriate and, if so, whether the estate will be dis-tributed and to whom the estate will be distributed.
