Neshannock Ave, owner is Jay Behm, is asking for a Variance of Zoning Chapter 275: Attachment 2, Table B - Lot, yard, and height requirements B residence minimum front yard and minimum side yard. The hearing will be held Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at 7:00 PM in the Borough Building, 134 High Street, New Wilmington, PA at which time the zoning hearing board will consider their request.
