EMBRACE HOME LOANS, INC. v. RITA GAY DEARING; DAVID LEE DEARING; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, SEC--RETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT
By Virtue of Judgment In The Case Set Forth Below: I shall sell to the highest and best bidder at the time and place above, the following real estate and improvements thereon in Barren County, Kentucky, to wit:

Also known as: 10505 Old Bowling Green Road, Smiths Grove, KY
For the purchase price, purchaser may pay cash, or may pay 10% of the pur-chase price in cash, with the balance of the purchase price secured by a purchase money bond due in thirty (30) days, with good and approved surety on the bond, and bearing interest at the rate of 12% per annum from date of sale until paid, said bond to have the same force and effect as a judgment and remain a prior and superior lien on the property until fully paid. The property shall be sold with the im-provements thereon, “as is”. Bidders shall be prepared to promptly comply with the terms of sale; purchaser shall pay property taxes due for 2016 and following years.
The judgment authorizing the sale is a Judgment and Order of Sale in Barren Circuit Court Civil Action No. 16-CI-292, Embrace Home Loans, Inc. vs. Rita Gay Dearing; David Lee Dearing; United States of America, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development to recover in rem the amount of $52,364.21, together with interest at the rate of $6.23 per diem from August 31, 2016 until paid, including attorney’s fees approved by the court, and costs herein expended.
