NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR KENTUCKY POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM (KPDES) PERMIT ISSUANCE
The Kentucky Department for Environmental Protection, Division of Water, Surface Water Permits Branch, 300 Sower Boulevard, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601,
(502) 564-3410, proposes to reissue a
Kentucky Pollutant Discharge Elimination System
(KPDES) permit for the following facility.
RICHMOND SILVER CREEK WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT, 1147 Menelaus Road, Berea, (Madison County) Kentucky. KPDES No.: KY0103357. Al No.: 2855. This permitting action is a reissuance of a major KPDES permit for an existing POTW. Additional information is available at:

Interested persons are encouraged to submit comments on the permit and may request a public hearing. All comments submitted will be considered by KEEC, Division of Water. Persons requesting a public hearing must state reasons why such a hearing is warranted.
