NOTICE OF HEARING MOTION TO REMOVE PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
Now, on this 21 day of December, 2016 notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of David Earl Crockett, Deceased, that Teri Jo Crockett has filed in said Court her Motion praying that David E. Crockett, Jr. be removed as Personal Representative of said estate and revoke the Letters Testamentary issued to him; that Gregory G. Meier be appointed Personal Representative of the estate; and the Letters of Administration With Will Annexed be issued to Gregory G. Meier.
Pursuant to an order of this Court, notice is hereby given that on the 26th day of January, 2017, at 9:00 A.m. the Motion will be heard in Courtroom 2, of the District Court of Muskogee County Courthouse in Muskogee, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
