Proposals will be received by the Planning Department anytime between January 31, 2017 and July 31, 2017 at the address shown below. Proposals will be reviewed by the Selection Committee on a first come, first serve basis. The “RFP” is available on the City Web Site - cityofmuskogee.com - Click on “City Departments”; then “J-Z”; then “Planning Department”; then “RFP, RFQ & BID”; then “RFP SALE AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE THREE CORNERS AREA”. Any and all addendums, or updates or any kind, will be posted on the City Web Site. All proposals must be submitted in accordance with the RFP specifications which may be obtained during normal business hours from (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST): City of Muskogee Planning Department P.O. The City further reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or part of any specific proposal, to hold all proposals in force and effective for ninety (90) calendar days after date of opening, to waive any informalities in the propos-al(s) and to postpone, or cancel, the proposal opening date for cause or convenience.
