2. Public Hearing. Request of Beasley, Day & Beasley for Approval of a Certificate to Subdivide 0.07 acres of property located 216 Marion Street South in the B-4 Central Business District.
3. Resolution. Approve a report to the City Council regarding the proposed Zoning Ordinance. (NO FORMAL HEARING)
