YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT Saber Acceptance Co., LLC., has filed a Petition in the District Court of Muskogee County, State of Oklahoma, suing you for damages resulting from breaches of contracts which were executed on or about August 13, 2015 and October 10, 2014.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that you must file an Answer to the Petition by no later than March 11, 2017 or this Court will hear the evidence in support of the damages claimed by the Plaintiffs and shall grant judgment awarding up to $7,921.73 plus interest, court
costs, and attorney’s fees to the Plaintiff.
