Invitation To Bid For Taxiway Crack Repair/Apron Seal Coat At Greater Cumberland Regional Airport Wiley Ford, West Virginia Sealed bids for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and performing all work for the above items will be received by the Potomac Highlands Airport Authority until 2:00 P.M. local time, January 26, 2017 at Route 1, Box 99, Wiley Ford, West Virginia, 26767, then publicly opened and read aloud. Plans, Specifications, and other Contract Documents are open to the public at the conference room, Greater Cumberland Regional Airport, Wiley Ford, West Virginia. Plans and specifications can be purchased at www.deltaairport.com. Plans and Specifications are available for purchase in both hardcopy and digital (PDF) formats. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid. A Contract Performance Bond and a Contract Payment Bond each equal to 100 percent of the Contract Price will be required for the successful Contractor. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 120 calendar days after the date of receiving bids. Prospective bidders wanting to visit the site to see the work area should contact Mr. Ryan Shaffer, Airport Manager, on 304-738-0002 in advance to schedule a time to visit the airport. The successful bidder shall commence work with adequate force and equipment on a date to be specified in a written order of the Owner and shall complete work within the time prescribed in the contract documents.
