You are hereby notified that an action has been filed in the District Court in and for Muskogee County, State of Okla
homa, in Case No. CJ- 2016-432, styled United States of America, acting by and through the Rural Housing Service, United States Department of Agriculture as Plaintiff, v. The Heirs, Devisees, Trustees and Assigns of Alpha L. Todd, deceased, The Unknown Successors of Alpha L. Todd, deceased, J. Doe Spouse of Alpha L. Todd, and the Heirs, Devisees, Trustees and Assigns of Wilma J. Boling, deceased, The Unknown Successors of Wilma J. Boling, deceased, as Defendants, alleging that Plaintiff is entitled to foreclose a real estate mortgage on the following described real property to-wit:
Lot 2 in Block 1 in PARK VIEW SUBDIVISION to the Town of Fort Gibson, Muskogee County, Oklahoma.
Said Plaintiff’s Petition and Amended Petition alleges that you claim some right, title, lien, estate, encumbrance, claim, assessment or interest in and to the above-described real property and that you have no right, title, lien, estate, encumbrance, claim, assessment or interest, either in law or in equity, in and to said real property.
You are hereby notified that you have been sued and must answer the Petition and Amended Petition filed by the Plaintiff on or before the l0th. day of March, 2017, or the allegations contained in said Petition and Amended Petition will be taken as true and judgment entered thereon foreclosing the mortgage of Plaintiff on the above-described real property as prayed for in Plaintiff’s Petition and Amended Petition. In such an event, you
will be adjudged and decreed to have no right, title, lien, estate, encumbrance, claim, assessment or interest, either in law or in equity, in and to said real property and a decree foreclosing Plaintiff’s Mortgage on said real property will be entered.
