Notice is hereby given that the
City of Muskogee
will receive sealed Proposals in the Office of the City Clerk at the Muskogee Municipal Building, 229 West Okmulgee, Muskogee, Oklahoma 74401, up to 2:00 p.m. on February 8, 2017 for furnishing all labor and materials and per3forming all work necessary for:
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS LANDSCAPE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION SERVICES FOR CREMATION GARDENS (COLUMBARIUM) MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA
The City of Muskogee is seeking Proposals from qualified landscape architects and or Monument Company’s for the design and setting services to complete a Cremation Garden. This firm will provide the services under the direction of the City of Muskogee Greenhill Cemetery Superintendent or designee.
The City of Muskogee Greenhill Cemetery desires to offer columbarium niches for their customers. A specific area at the cemetery has been set aside for columbaria use. The long range plan for the columbarium area is to house three, fivepiece columbarium sets and eight individual columbaria. This
proposal is for one five-piece columbaria set to be installed on pre-placed concrete foundations built to meet the requirement of the columbaria set. Proposals for subsequent sets and individual pieces will be solicited for in the future. Greenhill Cemetery will build the concrete pads for each of the five columbaria pieces according to the columbaria manufacturer approved plans.
