YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT Saber Acceptance Co. LLC., has filed a Petition in the District Court of Muskogee County, State of Oklahoma, suing you for damages resulting from breach of contract which was entered into on or about October 23, 2013.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that you must file an Answer to the Petition no later than March 21, 2017 or this court will hear the evidence in support of the damages claimed by the Plaintiffs and shall grant judgment awarding up to $3,179.56 plus interest, court costs, and attorney’s fees to the Plaintiff.
