COUNTY OF CAMBRIA SUMMARY NOTICE OF ORDINANCE UNDER LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT DEBT ACT NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of the County of Cambria will consider, at a meeting to be held on Thursday, January 26, 2017, at 10:00 a.m., in the CommissionersÕ Meeting Room at the Cambria County Courthouse, 200 South Center Street, Ebensburg, PA 15931, (or such other date, at such time and place as the Commissioners may lawfully announce and conduct a meeting not more than thirty (30) days from the date hereof), together with such other business as may come before the Board of Commissioners, the enactment of an Ordinance summarized as follows: AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE INCURRING OF LEASE RENTAL INDEBTEDNESS, IN AN AGGREGATE ORIGINAL ISSUANCE AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $494,500.00, BY THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF A GUARANTY AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF CAMBRIA AND FIRST SUMMIT BANK, IN SUPPORT OF THE DEBT SERVICE ON THE NOTE OF THE CAMBRIA COUNTY WAR MEMORIAL AUTHORITY; COVENANTING TO PAY, AND PLEDGING UNLIMITED TAXING POWER FOR THE PAYMENT OF, THE NOTE UNDER THE GUARANTY DOCUMENTS; MAKING OTHER COVENANTS IN RESPECT TO THE GUARANTY DOCUMENTS; AUTHORIZING FILINGS OF REQUIRED DOCUMENTS WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT; AND DIRECTING THE ACTIONS OF OFFICERS NECESSARY TO EFFECTUATE THE ORDINANCE AND GUARANTY.
