LEGAL NOTICE
The Oklahoma Conservation Commission is seeking input from the public to identify abandoned coal mine sites (strip pits, open mine shafts, mining equipment) that may pose a dangerous health and/or safety problem to the public.
These sites should be identified by their legal description (section, township, & range) and be submitted no later than February 24, 2017, to:
