Estate of Norma J. Howell, Deceased, and that the 23rd day of February, 2017, at 9:00 o.'clock A.M., of said day, has been appointed as the time for hearing said-application, before Judge Weldon Stout, Assistant District Judge, in Muskogee, in said County of Muskogee, State of Oklahoma,when and where any person interested in said Estate may appear and contest said petition by filing written opposition thereto on the ground of incompetency of the applicant, or may assert his own rights to the administration and pray the Letters be issued to himself.
