NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR PROBATE OF INTESTATE ESTATE, APPOINTMENT OF ADMINISTRATOR, DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES
Notice is hereby given to all person interested in the Estate of James E. Mace, Deceased, that on the 17 day of January, 2017, there was filed in the District Court of Muskogee County, State of Oklahoma, a Petition for Probate of the Estate of James E. Mace, deceased, that Petition praying Letter of Administration be issued to William Mace to serve as Administrator of the Estate, to serve with out bond, for a judicial determination of the heirs, devisees and legatees of the Decedent.
Pursuant to an Order of this Court made on the 17th day of January, 2017, Notice is given that the 14th day of March, 2017, at 9:00 A.m., is the day and time that the Petition will be heard in the District Courtroom of the County Courthouse, Muskogee County, Oklahoma, and all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
