Tax Collection Committee Meeting Notice The Northumberland County Tax Collection Committees (TCC) will hold regular meetings in 2017 on the following dates: February 1, March 1, May 3, September 6, November 1 and December 6. All meetings will be held at 7:00PM in the library at the Shikellamy High School, Sunbury, PA. The TCC has been formed under ACT 32 of 2008 for the purpose of implementing and overseeing county-wide tax collection of income tax and possible other taxes for all school districts and municipalities within each county.
