PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF ENACTMENT THE BOROUGH OF CONNEAUTVILLE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 8, 2013, at 906 Main Street, Conneautville, Pennsylvania, the officers of the Borough Council of the Borough of Conneautville, Crawford County, Pennsylvania, enacted an ordinance authorizing the issuance of $940,000.00, principal amount non electoral Guaranteed Revenue Note, and the private sale thereof to The Pennsylvania Infrastructure Investment Authority (PENNVEST), Lender, at par, bearing an interest rate between 1.512% and 3.024% during the twenty (20) year term of the loan. The Note is a guaranteed revenue non-electoral debt of the local government unit and its officers are directed to do all acts necessary and proper for the issuance and securing of said Note, including the establishment of a sinking fund with PNC Bank, N.A. No amendments were made during the final passage of the Ordinance. The final text of the Ordinance as enacted is available for examination by any citizen in the office of The Borough of Conneautville at 906 Main Street, Conneautville, Pennsylvania, between the hours of 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM on regular business days.
