PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF ENACTMENT THE BOROUGH OF CONNEAUTVILLE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 8, 2013, The Borough of Conneutville enacted an ordinance authorizing issuance of $200,000.00, principal amount of its General Obligation Note, and the private sale thereof to PNC Bank, National Association, at par bearing interest at a tax-free per annum rate equal to .75% of the PNC Bank Prime Rate, in effect from time to time, fluctuating with a maximum interest rate (ceiling) of 18.0% and a minimum interest rate (floor) rate of 2.0%. The Note is a general obligation of The Borough of Conneautville and the officers of The Borough of Conneautville are directed to do all acts necessary and proper for the issuance and securing of said Note, including the establishment of a sinking fund with PNC Bank, N.A., No amendments were made during final passage of the Ordinance. The final text of the Ordinance as enacted is available for examination by any citizen in the office of The Borough of Conneautville at 906 Main Street, Conneautville, Pennsylvania, between the hours of 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM on regular business days.
