PUBLIC NOTICE Sealed proposals will be received by the Board of Supervisors of Cambridge Township, Crawford County at 22530 Electric Drive, Cambridge Springs, PA 16403 until 6:55 PM on Monday, June 10, 2013 for the following Items: • Item 1 9,480 +/- SY Double Bituminous Seal Coat (Special). 1st Layer: MC-70 and Type A #8 Limestone; 2nd Layer: Polymer Modified Emulsion and Type A #8 Limestone on Ellis (T-302) and Ridge (T-817) Roads; and, • Item 2 4,600 +/- SY Bituminous Surface Treatment (Special). 1st Layer: MC-70 and #67 Aggregate; 2nd Layer: Polymer Modified Emulsion and Type A #8 Limestone on Kreitz Road (T-899). Bids will be opened, read and awarded at the Public Meeting on June 10, 2013 at approximately 7:00 PM. Proposals must be submitted on forms furnished by the Township. Complete specifications, as well as bid forms may be obtained from the Secretary by calling (814) 398-8327, or may be picked up at the Township office. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the proposal, made payable to Cambridge Township. Performance bonds are required according to specifications, within twenty days after the award of the contract to the successful bidder. The Board of Supervisors of Cambridge Township reserve the right to limit work completed due to funding limitations, as well as the right to reject any and all bids.
