PUBLIC NOTICE Notice of Application for Minor Operating Permit Modification Title V Operating Permit #20-00194 In accordance with 25 Pa. Code Section 127.462, Lord Corporation, located in Saegertown Borough, Crawford County has submitted an Application for Minor Operating Permit Modification to Title V Operating Permit #20-00194. LORD Corporation is requesting a Minor Operating Permit Modification for Process Changes for Chemical Intermediate Manufacturing to be able to solvent wash filter cake slurry in a plate and frame filter. Solvent wash liquids and vapors from the plate and frame filter press will be sent to a wash liquor tank. The tank will be vented to an existing thermal oxidizer for solvent vapor destruction. Upon approval, this modification will be implemented by March 1, 2013.
