PUBLIC NOTICE ZONING HEARING BOARD NOTICE OF VARIANCE Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Zoning Hearing Board of the City of Meadville will be held in the Training Room at Meadville Central Fire Station, 850 Park Ave., Meadville, PA, at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 20, 2013 to hear a request for variances of Shirley El Bayeh, Owner of 801 Park Ave., City Lot Numbers 14-G-24 & 25A, zoned B-2 General Business District. Said request for variances is to allow an addition within a side setback required by Section 1305.06 of the Meadville Zoning Ordinance and to the vehicle turnaround requirements required by Section 1308.02 of the Meadville Zoning Ordinance.
