PUBLIC NOTICE Sealed proposals will be received by East Fairfield Township, 2nd Class of Crawford County at PO Box 803, Cochranton, PA 16314 or at the Community Building, 6760 Franklin Pike, until 7 PM on July 8, 2013 for the following: • Item #1 - 15,847 SY Single Bituminous Seal Coat Polymer Modified, • Item #2 - 2 Tons Manual Bituminous Patching. Option #1 1244 SY Single Bituminous Seal Coat Polymer Modified. Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $250.00 per calendar day. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid made payable to East Fairfield Township. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded.
