PUBLIC NOTICE Meadville City Council has changed the date of their Council Study Session meeting scheduled for Wednesday, July 3 at 4:00 p.m. to Wednesday, July 10, 2013 at 4:00 p.m. The Council meetings take place at the City Building, 894 Diamond Park, Meadville, PA.
