PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that a Public Meeting of the Saegertown Zoning Hearing Board will be held at the Saegertown Borough Building, 603 Erie Street, Saegertown, PA at 6:00 p.m. on July 11th, 2013 to hear the request for a variances of: Bonny Smith 247 Main Street, Saegertown PA for a residential unit, and Joan Rembielak 225 Main Street, Saegertown, PA for rental units, on the grounds that the proposed use is not a permitted use for M-1 District of the Zoning Ordinance.
