PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Vernon Township Board of Supervisors will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday July 31, 2013 at 7:00 pm, at the Vernon Township Municipal Building, at 16678 McMath Ave., Meadville, Pa. At that time, public comment may be heard regarding a Conditional Use request from Promised Land Corporation to open a service garage for auto and truck repair at 10855 Perry Highway, Meadville, Pa. This 1.23-acre property is located in the Conneaut Corridor Zoning District and is identified as tax parcel #6506-090. This hearing is required because the proposed use is listed as a Conditional Use in Section 406, part C, item 2, of the Vernon Township Zoning Ordinance and is subject to the conditions set forth in Section 603, part LL, of that same ordinance.
