PUBLIC NOTICE Bloomfield Township, Crawford County, Pennsylvania is accepting bids for the purchase of that certain parcel of land bearing Crawford County Map No. 1312-19, commonly known as "Bloomfield Town House" (the "Property"). Only bids for the purchase of the Property will be considered. Sealed bids marked "2013 Township Property Bid for Bloomfield Town House" are to be received at the Township Office, 22978 Shreve Ridge Road, Union City, Pa. 16438, no later than 4:00 p.m. on August 6, 2013. A public bid opening will be held August 6, 2013 at 7:30 p.m. Bids will be considered for award on August 4, 2013 at the regular meeting of the Supervisors at 7:30 p.m. The minimum bid is $1,200. All bids are accepted on the condition that the payment price is paid in full within sixty (60) days of acceptance of bids. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, made payable to Bloomfield Township. Title to the Property is to be conveyed by way of quit-claim deed, without any representation or warranties. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informalities.
